Tom Braatz, LCSW

I earned a masters degree in Psychology from the University of St Thomas and I currently am Licensed as an Independent Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in various capacities as a mental health worker. I started my journey in 1973 as an overnight staff in residential treatment center and most recently have worked as  program manager and clinical supervisor. I plan to reach the 50 years working with children and their families milestone in June 2023.

Along the way, I have worked as a child care staff member, cottage supervisor, In-Home therapist, program director for In-Home family services and SILS/Waivered services, Day Treatment therapist, program supervisor, and my current position as a “semi-retired” clinical supervisor and a therapist “Swiss Army knife” for SFC.
